Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Do we take insurance? No. Dr. Conner prefers to spend his time with patients, on diagnosing and treating them rather than dealing with insurance companies who do not have your best interest in mind and give limited time. However, you can submit the bill to your insurance carrier to ask to reimburse you directly. You can also use HSA funds.

  • What about labs? We use both conventional lab testing and specialized functional medicine lab tests and have discounts in place for you to get conventional labs drawn at local lab companies. For specialized labs, we have chosen specific labs we trust and use ourselves. We do the best we can to avoid unnecessary testing, and that alone can save you thousands of dollars. You will always have the ability to accept or decline lab testing. Cost varies for each lab, so together we discuss options and your financial resources to determine which you decide to pursue. Many lab studies ARE COVERED by insurance. While labs can be extremely helpful in looking at your overall health and determining the source of your symptoms, Dr C is adept at creating effective treatment plans without extensive testing when necessary.

    • Ready for a Different Approach?

An initial 1-2 hour consult to go over your specific needs in detail is **$497**, and can be applied to moving forward with further care or programs as needed.

  • We spend a lot of time with my patients; more time thinking through your condition and coming up with an individualized treatment plan, and therefore we have limited number of available slots.

  • What do I need to do prior to my appointment? You will need to fill out some questionnaires regarding your health history and submit them a few days prior to your appointment. Any old medical records, recent labs, etc… are also encouraged to be sent prior to the appointment so we can maximize your time.
